I met Manon through the Floristry Course at Sparsholt College in 1996. She was such a sweet person and we had such fun together. Manon sent me long, beautiful handwritten letters every Christmas but unfortunately we saw each other only 3 times in last 25 years. I will remember her lovely smile forever.
